How to Create Smart Positive Self-Image When Losing Motivation

 

Ideals greatly influenced by the surrounding environment such as parents, friends or neighbors. Typically, the environment will be very strong influence on your future. Often times it happens that the ideals are not the ideals of personal, but has happened and you are living right now. It is impossible to physically change what is now happening. For example, you have the aspiration to become a doctor. Because your parents are eager to have children of a doctor directs you are directed to become a doctor. Well, this is unlikely to change. You would still be a doctor.

Your true life is not necessarily related to various professional designations. But it is important to understand that your personal life is strongly influenced by something more basic, something from within yourself that you believe. Namely self-image.
Now it's time you started to form a better self-image, namely by changing your old ways of thinking into new ways of thinking and thinking of new ways of looking at everything around you. Changing the way of thinking is not a religious or educational curriculum but by changing ourselves, travel into yourself, to fully understand who we are. Because of that, begin to immediately change your self-image. Not a person who's new, but the real you. Here's how you can do:

Go back to photo album

By looking at pictures of teens, you'll be staring at you that is still free from the negative image that you get when mature. Whether it's a picture when you help your mother cooking in the kitchen, located in the arms of the father or the photos when you're learning to play guitar at school. Whatever you do now, that's the real you.

Make a list of achievements

Are you a good cook, once wrote an article in the campus media, so writing it into the conversation or are you always the one who look for when your friends are in trouble? Every person has its advantages. And you probably did not realize before it's due to excess is considered normal.

Teach skills to others

Give praise to others

Realizing that other people feel good and happy with the compliment that you provide will create a better feeling about yourself. Very few people are willing to praise others. In fact, the effect was incredible.
